Ember is a new restaurant that opened in March of 2024 located in Hamilton Montana. The design we finalized at Offwhite was a different direction that played with the grill marks and fire shape. During the initial concept exploration I felt as though this concept, that utilizes an angled script with texture, emphasized more of the unique dishes from the culinary master chef Brandon Dearden. His thoughtful and fun personality mixed with his expertise for sourcing local ingredients and crafting masterpieces all for an elegant steakhouse aligned with a signature style logotype.
Subliminally through the use of warm, inviting, atmospheric/dream-like photography to promote the restaurant in OOH and social posts further pushing the idea of a glowing ember. In addition, a speckled pattern graphic would be included into the brand system, that uniquely shifts for each use just as a flame dances and every fire is different.
